General Data Protection

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and General Data Protection Regulation (2018), the personal data you provide in your application form will be processed by the SENSS and ARIES member universities, and may be held on computerised database and/or manual files.

By ticking the 'I accept the terms' checkbox you authorise the SENSS ESRC DTP and the ARIES NERC DTP to disclose to the ESRC and NERC any information that is relevant to your application. You also authorise the SeNSS ESRC DTP to share any information contained in your application with any of the SENSS and ARIES member institutions.

You will receive email updates throughout the competition and, if you are awarded a studentship, your information will be held in a secure database to manage your award and to communicate information directly linked to your studentship to you.
